Backspace Bouken (2019) Review

Backspace Bouken is a typing game that plays like a dungeon crawler, where you have to type out sentences in order to attack. It’s more fun than the usual type-words-as-fast-as-you-can. 7/10

Flandre’s Dream (2019) Review

Flandre’s Dream is a Touhou fan game that requires offline time to progress. It’s slow and requires grinding, but it’s simple to play and it’s a nice game to play while doing other things. 6/10

Attack of the Retro Bots (2019) Review

Attack of the Retro Bots is a fast paced shooter where you need to blast your way through swarms of robots in order to reach the other side of the map. It’s fun but there’s a lot going on. 6/10

This Merchant Life (2019) Review

This Merchant Life is a strategy game where you buy/sell resources and bring them from town to town to maximize profits. There’s a bit of combat, and the game lacks polish, but it’s fun. 6/10

Super Arcade Racing (2019) Review

Super Arcade Racing is a fun little racing game that can be played in short bursts. As you progress, you’ll upgrade your car and be able to beat your old records. It has a plot, too! 7/10

tri.Attack(); (2019) Review

tri.Attack(); is an arcade game that becomes almost like a bullet hell. Your weapon is like a large yo-yo or something controlled by magnetic force, and it’s a lot of fun to use. 7/10

Piko Piko (2019) Review

EA: Piko Piko is a platformer about a world where hammers are used for everything, and while it has a lot of charm, the lack of polish makes it less enjoyable. Check again once it’s released! 6/10

Encased (2019) Review

EA: Encased is a turn-based RPG heavily inspired by Fallout, it has a lot of depth and I’d recommend it for turn-based RPG lovers. I got killed by my very first decision when I started. 7/10

Barrage Musical (2019) Review

Barrage Musical is a fantastic instructional introduction to the bullet hell genre. It covers different mechanics, shot types, and more. Highly recommended for those who want to get started! 7/10

Many Faces (2020) Review

Many Faces is a mix of platformer and bullet hell with a dev that’s actively working on the game and fixing issues. It’s difficult but fun once you learn how to aim properly. 6/10
