The Disguiser of Fate (2019) Review

The Disguiser of Fate is an RPG Maker title that uses the standard engine assets and new cutscenes. The translation has a few mistakes, but the text often goes off-screen and becomes unreadable. 4/10

Bloons TD 6 (2018) Review

Bloons TD 6 is a well-balanced tower defense with regular updates and daily challenges. It’s more bloated than the Bloons TD I used to play, but it’s still a great time. 7/10

1BIT CASTLE (2019) Review

1BIT CASTLE is a difficult tower defense game where the enemies continue to increase in difficulty until you’re overwhelmed. It’s simple to play, but the exhaustible tiles add more challenge. 6/10

Lord of the Click (2019) Review

Lord of the Click is a poorly designed clicker game that’s nearly impossible to win even with an autoclicker. The art’s nice, but the gameplay is horrendous. 3/10

New Tricks for Old Gods (2019) Review

New Tricks for Old Gods is a dystopian cyberpunk visual novel with a rough start. The writing uses lots of buzzwords and technical terms, and the watercolor artwork adds a surreal feel. 5/10

Spirit Hunter: NG (2019) Review

Spirit Hunter: NG is a horror visual novel with a lot of polish and an excellent soundtrack. I’m normally not a fan of horror, but this VN does a great job at presenting it in an enjoyable way. 7/10

Grayland (2020) Review

Grayland is a difficult side-scrolling adventure about two birds in a war-ridden, capitalistic world. Humanity has exploited nature for the last time, and nature fights back. But you’re a bird. 7/10

Scrolor (2020) Review

Scrolor is a simple yet infuriating game about changing colors in order to match oncoming obstacles. The use of the scroll wheel makes it particularly tricky, since mine isn’t great. 5/10

Adventure Mosaics: Forest Spirits (2020) Review

Adventure Mosaics: Forest Spirits is a nonogram puzzler that’s on the casual side of things but is still fun to play. $6 might be on the pricier side, but if you can pick it up on sale, try it. 6/10

Chickduck & Catduck (2020) Review

Chickduck & Catduck is a tricky find the differences puzzle game with a beautiful story. It’s short, and the hint feature definitely makes things easier. 7/10
