Alphaman (2019) Review

Alphaman is a very difficult 2D platformer that’s heavily inspired by the classic Mega Man platformers. If you’re fine with being frustrated by missing jumps, you might want to give it a try. 6/10

EONIA (2019) Review

EA: EONIA is a beautiful hand-crafted 3D adventure. It’s not for everyone, but you can see the love put into making this game, and it reminds me a lot of the Shivering Isles from Oblivion. 7/10

Dark Zone Defense (2019) Review

Dark Zone Defense is a circular shooter that uses limited visibility as a mechanic to add challenge. It’s simple but well done. 6/10

Lichtspeer: Double Speer Edition (2019) Review

Lichtspeer is a javelin toss game against a variety of creatures and aliens. It takes a bit to get used to but it’s pretty fun, especially with abilities, even if it gets a bit repetitive. 7/10

Nyanco Dream (2019) Review

Nyanco Dream is a short bullet hell that was somehow made in RPG Maker. Despite the slow movement and occasional lag due to too many on-screen objects, that alone makes it worth trying out. 6/10

Indivisible (2019) Review

Indivisible is a platformer with timing-based RPG-like battles. It’s very well polished, but the main character’s personality grates on my nerves, lowering my enjoyment of the game as a whole. 7/10

Cursed Roots (2019) Review

Cursed Roots is a horror-themed point and click adventure that’s pretty well done. The horror elements are sometimes accompanied by comedy, which helps give a sense of contrast. 6/10

YORG.io 3 (2019) Review

YORG.io 3 is a more sophisticated version of the original, with easier material routing, more towers, and online multiplayer. I like the design of the original better, but this one’s more fun. 7/10

YORG.io (2019) Review

YORG.io is an interesting tower defense where you need to build production lines to harvest resources, process them, and then supply the towers with ammo. It’s like a lite Factorio mixed with TD. 7/10
